Refund & Store Credit Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Please review your order carefully before placing it. We take pride in providing high-quality raw hair products and stand by the accuracy of every order.
Processing & Shipping:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and shipping takes an estimated 2–5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Defective or Damaged Items:
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@bombshells.store. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
If approved, store credit may be issued once the product is returned to us in its original condition. Store credit will not be offered unless the original item is returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit total.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the returned item to be received and inspected before store credit is issued.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. All products are final sale. Store credit may be issued under the conditions outlined above for defective or damaged items only.
