Refund Policy

All sales are final. Please note that we do not offer refunds, as all sales are final. We encourage our customers to review their order carefully before finalizing their purchase. Orders are processed within 5 to 12 business days, followed by 2 business days for shipping. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been shipped. In many cases, orders are shipped ahead of the expected delivery date—sometimes up to 2 weeks earlier than anticipated.

Defective or Damaged Goods:

In the rare event that an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at info@bombshells.store. Provide a detailed description along with photographic evidence of the defect or damage. We will evaluate the situation and, if applicable, offer store credit. Please note that the product must be returned in order to receive store credit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the store credit amount. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow time for processing.

Exchanges:
